Discovered that the fire hydrant was not working when a house on Starbrook Dr caught on fire week of Jan.12. On Friday of last week the city replaced the hydrant and closed the hole. A leak then appeared at the same place which caused black ice down Wrentree Dr. Yesterday, Jan 18 the city was back out digging it up again. Seems like job security to me. This is the third time it has been worked on. Sidewalk has not been completed probably due to the severe cold.

Sidewalk is much worse since being worked on three times. No repair to the sidewalk has been done.

Issue has not been addressed in a desireable manner. Sidewalk walk repaired with asphalt instead of concrete as the rest of the sidewalk.
