Opis

There is construction at this address that begins daily M-F around 5:45-6:00 AM with loud banging and other large construction machines that have loud siren noises when they reverse etc. I am the father of young children who are constantly woken up prior to legal operating hours, which I believe is 7 AM for construction to start.
