Description

This homeless encampment continues to grow and spill onto 5th st. between Mandela Pkwy and Kirkham. The encampment poses a danger to not only vehicle drivers, but also cyclists and pedestrians. Tents, debris, and intentionally places signage are often blocking the entire westbound lane of traffic thus decreasing visibility in both directions. **Please Note: not looking for a "like/acknowledgement," this isn't Instagram. What is the plan??
