property is still a mess and never cleaned up

Frame of porch is beginning to collapse and has to be a code violation. Please inspect this residence as it looks inhabitable.

No improvements have been done to this property whatsoever.

I will check with the Law Dept. but I believe we might have this property in Housing Court.

Can something be done to speed up fixing this property like fines or something?

Property continues to sit in an unfinished state. What's up with housing court? They started renovation last winter, then stopped after a few weeks and haven't touched it since. It's just sitting there, wrapped in Tyvek with open windows behind it. This property is an eyesore to the neighborhood.
