Description

Both Trees in front of 80 Cliff street are in serious need of attention. One is completely dead and continues to drop branches, the other is also dropping branches but shows some sign of life. These have both been reported for several years to no avail. In theory the address is on the UI Tree trimming list for 2019 but we've seen no activity (https://www.newhavenct.gov/civicax/filebank/blobdload.aspx?blobid=33498). This location has a lot of car and foot traffic for the park and nearby St. Thomas's Day School and Church. There is risk of someone getting hurt or property damage to cars.
At least one of the trees is dead and should be removed, the other appears on its way (Sandweiss has looked as well and confirmed the condition when checking other trees on our property).
