William Douglas Management is supposed to be in charge of the Ashburn Farms HOA. However, we haven't had an active HOA for the 2.5 years we have lived here. We have been contacting them for 8 months now and we still have no solution.

I think that William Douglas Management is the WORST and I do mean WORST company on the face of the earth. We had a death in our family and the sorry cowards came at night and removed the funeral signs, then when confronted about the missing signs Steve Efrid and Scott M (whatever his name is) supposedly the owner of the company lied about it!!!!!! What a way to run a business.Not to mention were two of the rudest people I have met in a situation like this. Not one person in that company had any compasion or sympathy to my family and the loss that we had encountered. If you know anybody that has to endure this company as their Homeowners Association don't expect the truth in anything that they say. Just to let you know that death and grief will visit us all one day I just hope it dosen't come with the HUGE dose of disrespect that my family and I received
