I noticed at least one hole in the Tim Horton's by the north-west doors. The grout between the bricks is coming out and the foundation has moved away from the building, or lacks the trim that once ran around the store.
The parking lot is in incredible disrepair - it's sinking and warping and cracking. A lot of semi-trucks move through here.

There are many cracks in the parking lot, and it's a big parking lot, but the following are a set of three photos that show the exit as viewed from the Tim Horton's drive-thru.
This is the first photo, this is to your right as you approach the drive-thru window.

This is the edge of the parking spaces along the south edge of the lot, and the exit of the drive-thru.
I have reported this to Tim Horton's as of twenty days ago today.
