Description

Hi, I don't know if this is private or public property, but the guy who lives at this address doesn't do anything to maintain the vegetation growing in his alley, and there is ivy growing on top of a tarp and possibly some other old junk. There are rats under the ivy--I see them often. Please either have the city maintenance crews come out and pull the junk from under the ivy, or make the homeowner do it.
