A laundry list of complaints were made previously on SeeClickFix but this needs to be acknowledged by Hartford 311.
-graffiti on external wall visible from side street
-missing windows on top floor
-broken back door
-deteriorating brick
-missing gutter and downspout
-overgrown vegetation
Drug activity has also been witnessed on block. That has been reported to police repeatedly.

The addresses of 393 through 405 are all owned by an out of state landlord who does not take adequate care of the property's he owns. It would be helpful if L&I would get on his case to improve the property instead of allowing them to deteriorate making the area look like a SLUM. We need the City to take action.
