Description

It is very annoying going south on Elm street after work was done. The road is very,very bumpy. I find myself driving on the other side of the road to avoid the uneven road, it needs to be fixed immediately. This is a very busy street and many trucks use it very early in the morning and all you hear is the loud bouncing as they hit the many uneven spots!
