THE BULK AND BRUSH DIVISON DOES NOT PICKUP FROM APARTMENT COMPLEXES - IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MAINTENANCE STAFF TO REMOVE THESE ITEMS.

I suspected you'd say something disappointing like that. Here's the thing - it's on our trash cans, littering our alley and we have no way to contact that staff. Who in the city can provide that information? And where can we file a complaint against the property owner?

Until we can get some pathway to resolving this, this should remain open.

This request has been received and submitted to the City agencies for review and appropriate action.
