Though patched, hole is utility related. Information has been forwarded to utility and street has been assigned to "road repair"

Thank you for patching the road. Couldn't this result from a sewer crack or hole that has drawn the dirt away above it? So isn't this repair the city's responsibility?

We are closing older 2012-2016 "Pothole" issues in order to focus on current pothole issues. Many of the older issues were addressed through our Streets Division but were never closed.
