Q. If a parking issue, what is the problem?
A. Is the official being an A** or just doing this to meet his quota. You have cars blocking hydrants, corners, parked over 2 hours without permits all over the city and you have an officer who shows up 4 mins before the posted time expiration and gives a ticket ? Saw this being done on this spot many times. The street cleaner barely shows up here. Construction crews block streets all day long and you get this poor guy get a ticket EOD?
