Description

according to posted no parking signs placed on the block, tree pruning was supposed to happen on July 25. a contractor, Adirondack Tree service, showed up inn that date at 730am, but a car was parked in the temporary no parking zone. the contractors left and appear not too have returned subsequently to prune the trees.
