Deskripsyon

This is at an entrance to the steel plant and used to be a flashing yellow light. Now its a timed light that stops traffic on E. 28th st for no reason. If anything it could be a 'tripped' light for any traffic coming out onto E.28th street.

Thank you! Why is this light changing?
The Blast furnace is idled/down, the Puerto Rican home/bar is only open weekends.
Take this light down or leave it a flashing yellow. Not enough traffic coming from Vine to justify stopping people on E.28th all the time.

it needs to be removed. they stopped the light on 23rd and Broadway which is a very busy intersection and they keep that one that still works. Ridiculous!
