This is a travesty! These people have not cut their lawn in 3 to 4 months. Every rain storm the grass grows taller and taller. They have 2 baby strollers sitting in the front lawn that have been there for the 3 - 4 months with the grass growing all through it. They have a baby and a small child that they walk through the 5 foot brush that is overgrown over the walkway. Even the mailman is afraid to walk up the walkway. We saw him second guess himself before checking to see if he actually HAD to go through that jungle. Anybody that passes the house literally has to slow down to look at the house because even with their car out front, both look abandoned. They barely want to park their car in front of their own home because of it. We live across the street from a wildlife area that has snakes, possums, rats and other vermin and animals and they are practically inviting them to come over!
The backyard is 3 times worse than the front! You never see them bring the trash cans out into the alley because they more than likely can't get the garbage cans through the grass or it’s because they just throw their trash in the back yard! This is trifling. People run in and out of their front yard whenever they visit. This needs to be addressed immediately. Our block was beautiful with everyone keeping their lawns manicured until these people came here. We're not buying our home to live beside something like this.
