Description
Neighbor at 4935 Proctor has dumped green waste over the fence numerous times, filling four bags each time. She refuses to stop. I have cleaned it up but she will probably dump more.

Thank you for contacting OAK311 regarding this issue. Any illegal dumping that occurs on private property, it is the responsibility of the property owner to abate. Public Works does not remove illegal dumping from private property. You can contact the City Attorney's Office at 510-238-3601 to report your neighbor who is doing the dumping.
