Description
The traffic light on Holly Hall Street driving towards NRG STADIUM turns green for only 5-10 seconds, which creates a lot of traffic since cars hardly get a chance to move before it turns red. This is at the intersection of Holly Hall St and Almeda Rd.

Q. What is your area of concern?
A. Timing - Traffic Signals.
A. Timing - Traffic Signals.
Q. Why is this a concern?
A. The 5-10 seconds creates a lot of traffic, especially now that they closed the 610 feeder road (South Loop West). Also there are railroad tracks on Holly Hall near that intersection that causes cars to drive slowly so the light should be extended to stay green at least for 1-2 minutes. But the traffic light on the intersecting Almeda Rd stays green for minutes and there are hardly any cars driving on that street in the mornings.
