Dear, Pothole Patrol

As a wheel chair bound double amputee, I rely heavily on public transportation (MARTA / MARTA Mobility), to get to and from my doctor(s) appointments and dialysis sessions. It is the latter for which I am seeking your assistance. Once I disembark from the bus at the intersections of North Avenue and Northside Drive the danger begins.
My challenge is the huge holes on both sides of the streets - approximately gaps of 5-6ft in length and the entire width of the sidewalk. Due to the dilapidated sidewalks I am forced into the street and dodge the oncoming traffic which is even more hazardous during the evening rush hours of traffic.
I welcome any assistance you can provide to get this matter brought to the attention the appropriate City officials. Not just for me but all others who travel this area also.
