Looks like the Google Maps camera caught it on one of it's better days. The weed trees are more often seen growing out much further + out the roof.

Who does this building owner know? Amazing they've gotten away with leaving it in this condition for so long.

How many years can it possibly take for the City to act on something like this? I understand a conservancy application under Act 135 was just turned down yesterday?!! Seriously, who does this building owner know?? If they're not going to do anything to remedy this long-standing situation themselves, why not allow a reputable company with a good track record do it for them??

This is a shame. this house is unsafe to say the least
