Turning left onto 206 South from Main St/24 in Chester - the green turn arrow lasts long enough for TWO CARS to turn left. this is ridiculous!! i have been traveling this way for a long time and once I saw they replaced the lights I thought for sure they would change the timing of the almost non-existant green arrow. nope. it's really barely enough time for 1 car to turn left.
