Description

The walk signals have been returned at the intersection of RI Ave, Washington Pl, and Reed St NE and the signals are not well tuned with the vehicle signals. This intersection is heavily used by both pedestrians and vehicles. For example there is no reason why the pedestrian signal for crossing Reed St NE is times to 25 sec while the light is green for 1.5 min and there are no green turn arrows for vehicles.
