As this is for the City of Mississauga, you will have to contact them directly as they don't monitor SeeClickFix.
Their web portal is https://www.mississauga.ca/portal/services where issues can be submitted.
However, as this is a cable box, it is probably maintained by the company who owns it. You can contact them directly if their name is on it.
I will therefore close this off now as it is outside of the City of Toronto's jurisdiction.
