Their is only one lane. Anyone passing on right is breaking the law.

True, passing from the right is breaking the law. But, the road is wide enough there to have another lane. It's alot wider than further down at Hooker Avenue and Ferris Lane, where there are two lanes, which allows a stream of cars to continue to move along straight without collisions or traffic issues. I know first hand that there have been accidents at this location and many incidents of close calls. Why not add another lane by adding a traffic line to keep traffic moving smoothly while preventing accidents to happen.
