The individual who requested for the handicap parking is no longer using it, this issue has been going on for over a month. The individual is parking everywhere but the vacant handicap spot. Which is becoming inconsiderate and rude; parking is limited as is. The handicap parking needs to be removed. This right needs to be reserved for those who are in desperate need of handicap parking this individual is doing just fine without it!
