There are 7-10 of these construction signs on W MacArthur near the 37th street intersection on the BART side of the road. These were put out when the road was repaved weeks ago and have been left by the construction crews. I can't imagine that they don't want their signs back but weeks have passed and they remain. Guess it is dumping now?
