Description
A resident on the street is pumping water from a sump pump to the street gutter almost continuously every day, and the water is pooling in low spots in front of several adjacent properties. There is some growth in these pools, and the gutter never dries out. In addition to being a nuisance, this may turn into a health hazard. Not exactly a gutter damage issue yet; not sure if this is the correct forum for requesting assistance. Please advise. Thank you.
