Description
There was an older beat up white truck towing a greenish trailer made out of the back half of a truck dumping junk in the empty space by the electrical transmission line at the beginning of the court this morning. Truck driven by an older hispanic looking gentleman. I was unable to get the license plate. Please remove all of the junk. It looked like this might have been his second trip since there was already junk dumped in this space.
