Description

The school district has spent a large sum redoing much of Pennycook School, including a lot of cement work. Can they be required to fix the many broken areas on the sidewalk on Baywood that borders the school? It is very hazardous to walk on. If it isn't their responsibility, could the city please see to fixing this section?
