there is a big problem with water running down from property located in Mill Neck onto West Shore Road. The LIRR is directly above the VERY SHARP TURN!! Its getting worse and we are approaching the winter and this situation will turn into an ice skating rink!! Im afraid there will be a very bad accident if something is not done!! please let me know who else can i contact for this situation....
