Description

The asphalt is crumbling away from the tracks on Eastway Dr so badly that cars have to slow down to 15 mph in a 45 mph zone to cross them. This is a high traffic area due to the fact that Garinger High School is only a block away. With people constantly slowing down to cross, it creates real traffic problems especially during rush hours.
