Between Lydell Drive, and Interstate 95 intersections with Parham Road, there are 6 traffic signals at Lydell, J Sargeant Reynolds, Sanctuary drive, Hungary Road, Brook Road, and at the NorthPark shopping center. These signals are extremely poorly timed, and invariably, drivers get caught at a minimum of 5 of these 6 signals when traveling through the area. The lights at Sanctuary Drive, Hungary Road, and Northpark shopping center have incorrect priority, and give more time to the secondary roads during the day, instead of Parham Rd. These poorly timed traffic signals cause congestion on Parham, and excess noise in the residental areas nearby from starting & stopping vehicles.
