Description
This problem involves traffic on Granny White Pike. Southbound cars on Granny White Pike that want to turn right onto Shackleford Rd. must yield to cars on Granny White that are turning left onto Shackleford, thanks to the yield sign that was put up fairly recently. The problem is with the curvature of Granny White at that point; southbound cars on Granny White that are coming up behind the car yielding at Shackleford cannot see the left-turning vehicle and therefore run the risk of hitting the car that is turning left (and that car can't see the oncoming traffic easily, either). The yield sign should be removed and a traffic-sensing light should be installed. I have seen several near-hits and a serious accident is bound to happen.
