7012-7024 Rising Sun Avenue which is the Austin Manor Apartments. Graffiti is scribbled on the second floor level on the front of the newly constructed "B" building. It appears to be green spray paint about 2 feet across. The tag = (unintelligible) ARNE.

I just passed by the property at 7012-7024 Rising Sun Avenue today on 11/5/10 at 12:00 noon and the graffiti damage is still there. It's near a window on the second floor on the NE corner of the "B" building at 7024 Rising Sun Avenue. The surface is beige brick. The damage is green spray paint about 16" hight and 3 feet across. Tag = (unintelligible) ARME.

Talked to property manager this afternoon. Graffiti cleaning crew must contact property manager to have fence surrounding the structure opened to allow access. Property manager is on premises from 10-12:30 PM weekdays only. Contact Janet who is the property manager at 215-722-1249 Monday thru Friday between 10:00 AM and 12:15PM.
