Large Rock Face running the length of hill 30 feet high constantly breaking apart with falling rock ranging in size from softballs to SUITCASES directly onto SIDEWALK! One large fragment that recently fell is over 2 feet long and18 inches wide...this Boulder is still on the sidewalk where it finally stopped. The CITY OF TORRINGTON KNOWS ABOUT THIS HAZARD as just last week the city "mower" cut the grass along the road and just drives around the fallen Rock Fragments, and this has been deteriorating for YEARS. I guess one of us citizens has to get hurt or killed before anything is done....God Forbid any money is taken away from the dismal failure that is the "Downtown Revitilization". The "Revitilization" doesn't apply or extend to citizens in the South End apparently as evidenced by the blatant neglect by the City of our neighborhoods and safety....unless you want to count the absurdly high Police presence coming here to harass and arrest people to keep the rest of property or business owning Torrington "safe" from all of us "scoundrels & criminals" that live South of Coe Park.
