Motorists speeding on Lake Avenue with total disregard for pedestrians with animals crossing in or out of crosswalk. SSPD were notified, apparently not a big concern to them. Licence plate/vehicle description were giving to SSPD. They say "we will look for them". Disgusted with local police who cannot serve community.
