Description

There are several manhole covers clustered on 16th St, on the NE corner of the intersection with Walnut St. These covers are recessed into the street, as well as having blacktop built up around them, probably from the street not being tilled all the way to the edge of the manholes during past road resurfacing. These factors combine for a very bumpy ride when driving through the intersection on 16th St, in the right-hand lane.
