From Duke Energy: We have reported this directly to our lighting department and we will repair the problem as quickly as possible. The timeframe for repair of these lights is usually completed within 3 business days. If, however, there is an underground problem, it may take longer to repair as digging and repair of underground cable may be necessary. If this is true, we will place a yellow tag on the light noting that this is the case. For your records, please retain the following streetlight outage confirmation numbers for the street light outages you reported at:
Three streetlights are out and have been tagged. Located between 4749-4799 Florida 689 (Haines Rd N)., St Petersburg FL 33714.
Confirmation Numbers STP094392, STP094393, STP094394.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please reply to my e-mail or you may also call Customer Service Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, toll-free at 1.800.700.8744.
