I reported this issue last year and no one has addressed it. Another branch fell again 2 days ago and it was really close to hitting the power line and and my house window by the kitchen. Are you guys waiting for I huge damage before you guys actually trim the tree. All trees are becoming a "Private Nuisance" . Please address ASAP!. Thanks
