Could you please be a little more specific? This intersection is messed up and should be remedied somehow but to blatantly say people on Rapallo have the right of way over people coming from Grand St is ridiculous.They need to reset the two lights there though so that each street has it's own turn to go green. I don't think it would be that hard for the town/state to set this up.

I agree as "Dirty Sanchez" mentioned that all this needs is for the lights to be reset - it is a mess with the Grand St. folks turning left in front of a car going straight onto Grand St. from Rapallo Ave.
