The new school season is well under way. This is an Early Head Start/ Head Start school. There are still no crosswalk's or anything to reduce/ enforce speed limits. I was actually on a bus for a trip with the children the other day, and while loading and unloading children, cars were continuing on along their way with no concern for the infant-3 year old's and their parents who were in the area.
