Deskripsyon

While the most of Farmington Avenue in W. Hartford is freshly paved and contains beautiful medians---the area between Trout Brook and N. Quaker is a disaster.
It reflects poorly on the town and drags down the adjacent neighborhoods. Please repave and add medians like the rest of Farmington Avenue in W. Hartford!

I'm sure the town is going to be moving on this issue soon - they have already marked the pavement and made plans to fix the rest of Farmington Avenue. I know they have been working on some of the side streets.Hopefully they will get this project in before winter or will start fresh in the spring
