Not Bad! It's only a couple months away from being a year to change a light bulb. We are still waiting! Great job St Louis government employees. Now there are about 10 more lights burned out. We should auction off the light standards that the city foolishly way over paid for so we can afford to put the older ones that worked back in. I'm sure that the city would get a tenth of the value at auction and pay 5 times the value of the old style of light.
Thanks for maintaining the idiotic status quo!
