Description

There is a narrow alley between the west edge of the Taft Rec Center and the residential houses. There is a large crowd that drinks at the basketball courts each day, but no restroom. The end result is that they use this alley as a urinal. It smells awful in the heat and is a conduit for disease. If we're not going to police the public intoxication or urination, could we at least disinfect the area periodically? A lot of kids use this path to get to the rec center or school, they shouldn't have to walk through standing puddles of urine.
