Opis
This is on the corner of a major road and a small neighborhood road and I always am stuck at this red light while traveling MLK Blvd. There is never any cross traffic! I have not seen even once. Granted, I know people cross from time to time but not nearly enough to justify the timing of this light! This is a huge inconvenience and needs to be fixed.

This morning it went green, yellow and then red. Stayed on red for 13 minutes...I know becasue I was stuck behind cars waiting for it to tuirn
