327 Hudson and 325 Hudson Street have been doing ongoing construction on their properties for the past week and I do not believe that they have applied for the parking removal permits. They put out red cones in the morning for the dumpsters that sit there for weeks and then have two more additional parking spaces that they take out for their trucks. Do they have a permit for this? I In addition 351 Hudson Street has signs out for 3 spaces for about 3 months. Does this have a proper permit? Parking is very tight on this block for residents, as there is 2 hour parking everywhere else but we can not get that permit (or have been told).
