Description

I have had multiple flat bike tires on Piedmont Avenue due to the poor quality of the patches of trenches dug for the Kaiser Hospital construction. Several trenches have been poorly patched leaving unlevel pavement or have abrupt grade changes due to the lack of an asphalt patch. These obstacles cannot be avoided because they cross the entire street. I cannot use Broadway either due to traffic dangers from having no bike lane or sidewalk available.
