Description

Construction workers (City Employees) are repaving the sidewalk behind the Port Authority Garage, Lot 2, behind 777 Jersey Avenue. Between Coles Street and 13th Street. Beverly Latta says that the construction worker attacked her and vehicle (beat on her car hood) and attempted to open her side door while she was trying to get to work. Port Authority police made a report. They were told by the police that they do not instruct traffic.
