Is programming adequate for all cyclists? Currently I get mid intersection when yellow phase begins and do not clear before west bound Alameda has green light. I know the light cycle is tight. Visiting cyclists do not. I have seen cyclists get caught just starting across intersection and have vehicle in far north lane have to emergency stop to avoid them. Please revisit and add adequate time for recreational, visiting type cyclists to cross. Also, would like to know calculation DMD is using for preperation and crossing in ft. per second.
