The alley between Ryland and Lombardy, that runs behind W. Broad and W. Grace Streets is littered with couches, mattresses, cabinets,etc. A crew with a dump truck needs to come through and get all this debris that has been dumped and abandoned. The mattresses and couches are especially troublesome since they could become home to rats, which would surely become a health hazard.
